Our Flower Promise
In short. Stunning Flowers.
We are a Modern, stylish Floral studio, with a keen eye for design AND great customer service. Each Flower arrangement is hand crafted by a qualified Floral designer.
You can expect your flowers to last between 4-7 days. Flowers will always last longer if they are well looked after, please refer to our Flower Care Tips. Twig & Bo Florist are not responsible for flowers once delivered ie lack of care once delivered, not placing in fresh water or a spike in temperatures, however if you have any concerns please contact us asap.
In most cases we will deliver your flowers still in the bud. This means you are getting the freshest stock with the most life ahead of them.
Twig & Bo make a pointed effort to use Australian Grown flowers, sourcing from local Flower farmers whenever available. We love our Aussie growers and are constantly visiting local flower farms to get the freshest and more unique product.
So... Imported flowers? Yes, we do use imported flowers in times of need... however we really do prefer designing with Aussie & local product when-ever possible - our Australian Flower growers are the back bone to our business.
COVID-19 Update
NO-CONTACT DELIVERIES are in place, we will leave your flower delivery in a safe location, ie Knock & “drop” (ie place gently :)
We will ensure this practice is kept in place until Health Officials deem it no longer nesisarry.
No, not a shortage as such, just sourcing specifics can be tricky or more expensive.
We are sourcing flowers from local flower farms, and the Sydney Flower Market, flowers have increased in price with some varieties just not around right now (especially as we go into Winter).
SO…WHAT does this mean? Stunning flowers as always however our floral designs will be tweaked to suit what is available to us at the time – we are buying super fresh and long lasting – #sendflowersnothugs #twigandboflorist

Delivery Information
We Deliver daily from Helensburg to Lake Illawarra Areas. Out of Area Delivery available, please contact the studio for pricing.
Delivery Times: 2pm-7pm (Home addresses) and 2pm-5.30pm (Business addresses)
- Please make note if we are delivering to a business.
YES! Twig & Bo Florist offer same day delivery given the order is placed before 12pm Mon-Fri or by 10am Saturdays.
Delivery Costs range from Free Local Delivery, to $10 - $30 depending on the delivery area.

We will leave flowers at, or near, the door if we deem it safe to do so.
All bouquets are wet packed so that if this occurs, they have a temporary water source.
If there is nowhere safe to leave the order, we will call the sender or recipient to work through delivery.
Please note ID is required by law for orders that contain Alcohol, these orders will not be left unattended, the receiver must be over the age of 18.
Twig & Bo are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost (depending of the situation).
Flower Substitution
Our Flower Substitution Policy – Sometimes substitution is necessary to guarantee top quality and ensure maximum flower value for money.
On occasion it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the flowers used in your arrangement or bouquet. This may be due to a number of factors that are not possible to predict, like local flower or colour availability. Seasonal availability can also mean some flower types may vary from those displayed in some of the images on our website. We will always go out of our way to try and source the flowers that you want, but this is not always possible. The gift wrapping & packaging may also vary from what is pictured on the website.
If you have a very specific need that the flower arrangement comes exactly as appears on the website, it is your responsibility to contact us by phone to discuss flower types, and availability.
In the case of a substitution we guarantee to always substitute flowers of equal or higher value, and will keep with the theme of the flowers originally chosen, ensuring your message to the recipient is not lost.

Flower & Plant Care Tips
Most plants need a good drink of water Once an week in Winter and more in Summer. When watering give your plant a good soak allowing water to drain right through the plant allowing the water drain away as plant roots don't like sitting in a pool of water.
Indoor plants need good bright light, but not direct sunlight.
Things to consider when placing your plant in its new home: Light, Water, Food. Some great books to help you on the journey of becoming an awesome plant parent.
FRESH FLOWERS: Keep your flowers in a cool, draught free area out of direct sunlight, and away from heaters. The cooler the room, the longer your flowers will last. Remove any faded blooms or foliage as soon as possible. Change the water in the vase every 2-3 days, a clean vase will help you get the most out of your flowers as well as cutting the stems of your flowers at an angle, this will help them stay fresh and drinking.
Handle with care, dried flowers are delicate, keep them out of direct sunlight as they are more likely to fade in direct sunlight.
Over time, preserved & dried flowers and foliage will naturally fade in colour, however with keeping in mind the above you can hope to keep your stunning blooms for years.
Do not water, I know sounds obvious but adding water to your dried flowers can cause mould and deterioration.
Flower Subscription Delivery Service
A flower subscription service is an easy way to have flowers delivered to your house, workplace or as a Gift to a friend or family member.
Each flower delivery is a arranged on in a vase to suit the arrangement design, which we swap out each delivery.
Each arrangement is bespoke and designed especially for you.
Simply:
- Select your Subscription Amount (starting price $75 per delivery)
- Select your Delivery Frequency (Fortnightly or Monthly).
- Select the Delivery Address.
We deliver Tuesdays or Thursdays between 2pm-5pm, please advise which day suits or we can work though this once your order has been booked in.
Your arrangement will be left by your front door or under shelter, unless otherwise advised when you sign up. Just leave your last order’s vase by your front door (well will txt you a reminder to leave out the day prior).
We deliver a free vase with your first arrangement, and you can leave it out on the next delivery day for us to switch over. If you forget, don’t worry it’s no biggie, just leave it out next time.
Please note we can modify the Vase to a Box if more appropriate to the receiver.
We totally get that accidents happen – so the first breakage is on us.
No problem, we will pick up the next time we are going past.
No problem, you’re more than welcome back any time! please notify us within 72 hrs/ 3 days prior to your next delivery that you would like to cancel your Subscription. There are No Lock in contracts.
