FAQ’S

  • How much does it cost?

    • Subscriptions Start at $75 per delivery.
      You can choose your options and budget when you sign up via our online subscription sign up form here.

  • Can I pick my flowers? 

    • While our arrangements change to suit the seasons, you absolutely can choose your colours, or to tell us what your favourite flowers are (and a bunch of other preferences we give you when you sign up via our online form).

  • Can I pick the arrangement style each delivery (ie. low table arrangement, front facing arrangement, all pink please etc)

    • You sure can, just let us know in the allocated section of our online form and we’ll add that detail to you order. We will check in with you prior to delivery to make sure we are across your needs if out of the norm.
  • How do I pay?

    • Once you have signed up we will call to confirm your details and set up your payments. All payments are made via credit card. We’ll debit the funds on your chosen delivery day.

  • What kind of vase do I need? 

    • We deliver a free (!) size appropriate vase with your first arrangement, and you can leave it out on the next delivery day for us to switch over. If you forget, don’t worry it’s no biggie, just leave it out next time.

  • What if I break the vase?

    • We totally get that accidents happen – so the first breakage is on us.
  • Can my own vase be used?

    • Sure – if you have vases you want use, just mention that via our online order form here, so that we can adjust the quote if needed to suit its shape. Please don’t give us your finest crystal or a family heirloom! We’d hate to break it!

  • What if I want to cancel my order?

    • No problem, you’re more than welcome back any time! To cancel, simply email your cancellation to: twigandbo@gmail.com.au seven days before your next delivery is due so we can fill your spot.

  • Can I select a Day or specific time for delivery?

    • We have set days for deliveries which yes you can select from: Tuesdays & Thursdays. Specific times can not be selected, but pick up from the studio during our opening hours is an option on our subscription sign up form here.

  • What if I’m not home?

    • Your vase arrangement will be left by your front door or under shelter, unless otherwise advised when you sign up. Just leave your last order’s vase by your front door.

  • What if I’m away or need a break?

    • You can pause your delivery  – just give us seven days notice and let us know when you would like your next delivery to start up again.
