FAQ’S

    • Can I select a Day or specific time for delivery?
      • We make our subscription deliveries on Tuesdays. Specific times can not be selected, but pick up from the studio during our opening hours is an option too.
    • What if I want to cancel my order?
        • No problem, you’re more than welcome back any time! To cancel, simply email your cancellation to: twigandbo@gmail.com.au seven days before your next delivery is due so we can fill your spot.
    • What if I’m not home?

      • Your arrangement will be left by your front door or under shelter wrapped with a water supply to keep them fresh.

    • What if I’m away or need a break?

      • You can pause your delivery  – just give us seven days notice and let us know when you would like your next delivery to start up again.
