We make our subscription deliveries on Tuesdays. Specific times can not be selected, but pick up from the studio during our opening hours is an option too.
What if I want to cancel my order?
No problem, you’re more than welcome back any time! To cancel, simply email your cancellation to: twigandbo@gmail.com.au seven days before your next delivery is due so we can fill your spot.
What if I’m not home?
Your arrangement will be left by your front door or under shelter wrapped with a water supply to keep them fresh.
What if I’m away or need a break?
You can pause your delivery – just give us seven days notice and let us know when you would like your next delivery to start up again.
